My art is inclusive of every media and includes a diverse range. I consider all creative endeavors as an expression of my artistic ability such as restoring my 130 year old home, baking dog treats, building furniture, writing children's books, oil and acrylic painting, watercolor architectural paintings, functional clay forms and more. When I'm not making art, you can find me playing with my dogs, camping, hiking, completing puzzles, watching Disney movies and visiting museums.
Art is much more than pencil on paper and paint on canvas.
In addition to some independent projects, I've been teaching Art for my entire career thus far. If my students remember anything I teach them, I hope it's that art is much more than pencil on paper and paint on canvas. I love inspiring other artists to take creative risks and try something that's never been done before!
